I don't know if it may happen in other schools (or other UP campuses, at least), but it may happen here.
Oh, uso rin dito sa Diliman ang mga releasing-the-exemption-list-minutes-before-finals happenings. Lalo na sa amin sa EEE. I just overheard a few older members ng org talking about this. And I think that also happened to one of our EEE11 sections (programming class that our batch takes). And to other Chem16 sections too. It's all in the prof, really -- mas masipag na prof, mas maagang exemption list. :)
