I can't escape you, even though I try sitting far away and teachers innovate different ways of separating us...
It's just plain old alphabetical destiny.

My Bio 22 Lecture teacher was my sister's thesis adviser last year.
Talk about coincidence.
Of course, since my sister was in a different course, I doubt he'd realize the family relationship.
Not to mention he seems rather...

With the given statements "Man does not have instincts," "There is no such thing as a maternal instinct nor the instinct to preserve one's self (self-preservation)," and the tantalizing unexplained statement "Man created God..."
This is going to be one battle-filled SocSci 1 class.
And we have to watch Pocahontas and Pocahontas 2 for next week. Hmmm.

His premed was Math.

Sa end ng Master Quest (5th season) aalis siya kasi gusto niyang maging researcher. >_< Tapos bumalik siya sa huling episode ng 9th season. :) Tapos mukhang makikita siya sa 10th season (yung sa area ng Diamond/Pearl).

Oo nga eh. May kaklase ang ate ko sa med school ng UST tapos yung premed ni kaklase ay Music. Haha.
Like Trebor-san said, you just need to have taken the necessary subjects and pass the NMAT. And since the NMAT has Math and Physics portions, I guess someone who finished a Math course would get really high at least in those parts of the test. :)
Grabe pa rin talaga si Math teacher. Nagprapractice na siya ng neurosurgery tapos di pa niya nakalimutan ang pagmamahal niya sa Math :) :)

Apparently any course can be a premed as long as the necessary subjects were taken and the person's NMAT score is high. :) I remember my brother telling me of one of his elder Pisay friends going into medicine after being a magna cum laude in her "premed" course, ECE. =P

Don't give me an idea now. >:P I was thinking of taking biomedical engineering as one of the "lab affiliations" for ECE.. And I thought that would be the closest thing to medicine. Yun pala, pupwede ko pa palang i-premed yun.
As for your hair, keep it long. But not THAT long. Siguro onting trim lang. Pero basta 'wag maikli. Hindi ako sanay na makita kang maikli ang buhok (Although I don't get to see you because we're in different cities hahah) :)

Still, engineering seems to be the premed of some people abroad. :) One of my surgeons in the US studied Electrical Engineering in MIT (and passed the engineering board) before he studied medicine at Harvard :) And he's really really good at his job now :)
You still have time to decide, Arvin-san. I'm sure though that you're going to kick ass no matter what you end up doing, whether it be in electronics or in medicine :)
Hee, thanks for the hair advice. I don't want to chop it off, since it's the longest I've ever had it. :) I think I'll just have the ends trimmed a little, since they're sort of uneven. :)

Di rin ako sanay ;) Actually the last time I had short hair (hair above my shoulders) was in Grade 5, I think (so si Ces at si Sam lang ang nakakita nito LOL). =P I like my long hair a lot more. :) (Tsaka ewan, parang mas maganda ang buhok ko kapag mahaba siya. Mas shiny, etc. Baka shampoo nga lang. XP) I hope we see each other soon, though :) Somehow. :)

I was actually thinking about using ME as a pre-law a few months ago. My brother the Atenean says that one just needs to get an extra English subject or something in ME to fulfill the requirements for Ateneo's Law program. :) Actually, he was suggesting I take Creative Writing since it had a lot of English subjects if I thought of going into Law. Hee. :)
I'm sure you'll get better grades this sem :)
